Wie past goed?
Ervaring met HR Shared Services in complexe organisaties (zorg is een pré)
Sterk in procesoptimalisatie en systeemimplementaties, bij voorkeur AFAS
Helder, gestructureerd en hands-on
Voelt zich prettig in een omgeving die in beweging is
Wat ga je doen?
Verdere optimalisatie en doorontwikkeling van HR-processen in AFAS
Harmoniseren van verschillende HR-administraties
Optreden als HR Product Owner AFAS waar nodig
Sparringpartner zijn voor het HR-team en bijdragen aan stabiele, efficiënte HR-operations
📍 Locatie: Midden-Nederland
📆 Start: 1 januari
🕓 Inzet: 4–5 dagen per week
📅 Duur: tot en met 1 juli (optie op verlenging)
💶 Tarief: 90–100 euro per uur

The Interim HR Manager will optimize and harmonize HR processes and systems within the organization. They will act as the HR Product Owner for AFAS and provide stability to HR operations.
Requirements
Candidates must have experience with HR Shared Services in complex organizations and strong skills in process optimization. Proficiency with AFAS software and a hands-on, structured approach are essential.
