Voor een prachtige zorgorganisatie met meerdere locaties in Zuid-Holland zoek ik per direct een stevige Interim Allround HR Manager.
Je gaat:
Een team van ongeveer 8 HR-adviseurs en specialisten coachen;
Zorgen voor verbinding, overzicht en vertrouwen;
Het team begeleiden tijdens een belangrijke organisatieverandering;
Sparren met de HR-directeur รฉn zelfstandig knopen doorhakken wanneer dat nodig is.
Jij bent een HR-manager die:
Rust brengt als het druk wordt;
Goed luistert รฉn de juiste vragen stelt;
Mensen in beweging krijgt;
Pragmatisch is en vooral: doet wat nodig is.

๐ 32 uur per week (3 of 4 dagen is bespreekbaar)
๐ Tot het einde van het jaar, met grote kans op verlenging.

Core Responsibilities
The Interim HR Manager will coach a team of HR advisors and specialists while guiding the organization through a significant transformation. They will act as a sparring partner for the HR Director and ensure operational stability and trust within the organization.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a pragmatic and decisive HR professional capable of bringing calm and structure to a busy environment. They must be available to start immediately and possess strong listening and questioning skills to drive organizational change.
