Your Role: Business Development Intern
As a Business Development Intern, you will support Synthoโs efforts in building and scaling its sales pipeline. Youโll work closely with the New Business Sales team to identify opportunities, engage with prospects, and contribute to outbound initiatives. This is a hands-on role with plenty of learning opportunities and real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Support outbound lead generation initiatives
Assist with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate new opportunities
Help build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
Create and enrich prospect lists with relevant contacts and insights
Contribute to developing and testing creative outreach strategies
Your Profile
Sales & Communication
Interest in sales, business development, or commercial roles
Strong communication skills and comfortable reaching out to new people
Eager to learn how to engage prospects and support early-stage conversations
Professional and reliable in interactions with potential clients
Domain & Learning Ability
Interest in B2B, data, technology, or AI
Motivated to learn about customer challenges and how our solution addresses them
Quick learner who can absorb new information and apply it in practice
Detail-oriented and able to support research and preparation tasks
Execution & Support
Proactive and hands-on, with a willingness to support the sales team where needed
Organized and able to assist with managing outreach activities and prospect data
Comfortable working on repetitive tasks (e.g., list building, CRM updates) while looking for ways to improve them
Contributes to team goals rather than owning individual targets
Startup Mindset
