Functiedoel
Je bent onderdeel van het Applicatie & Quality team en verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en spuiten van verf- en coatingmonsters. Met behulp van professionele spuitapparatuur breng je coatings aan op verschillende ondergronden en beoordeel je het eindresultaat op eigenschappen zoals dekking, kleur, glans en afwerking. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onze producten en ondersteunt productie en kwaliteitsafdeling met jouw technische expertise.
Belangrijkste werkzaamheden
- Voorbereiden van panelen en ondergronden voor coatingapplicaties.
- Aanbrengen van verf- en coatingsystemen met verschillende spuittechnieken.
- Uitspuiten van product- en kwaliteitsmonsters volgens vastgestelde richtlijnen.
- Inspecteren en beoordelen van gespoten panelen op kwaliteit, kleur, glans, laagdikte en afwerking.
- Registreren van resultaten en signaleren van afwijkingen.
- Onderhouden, schoonmaken en kalibreren van spuit- en meetapparatuur.
- Samenwerken met productie, QC en technische teams om een constante productkwaliteit te waarborgen.
- Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
Profiel
- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in techniek, autospuiterij, coatings of laboratoriumrichting.
- Ervaring met spuittechnieken of een sterke interesse hierin.
- Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
- Technisch inzicht en oog voor detail.
- Teamspeler met een proactieve instelling.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
- Bereidheid om in verschoven diensten te werken
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Salaris tot €3.387 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
- 13e maand als extra jaarlijkse uitkering.
- Maar liefst 44 vrije dagen per jaar voor een gezonde werk-privébalans.
- 8% vakantiegeld bovenop je jaarsalaris.

Core Responsibilities
The QC Spray Technician is responsible for preparing substrates and applying paint and coating systems using professional spray equipment. They must inspect the finished samples for quality standards such as color, gloss, and thickness while maintaining the testing equipment.
Requirements
Candidates should have an MBO level education, preferably in a technical or coating-related field, and possess a strong interest in spray techniques. A proactive, quality-oriented mindset and the ability to work in shift patterns are essential for this role.
