What are we looking for?

We are looking to hire Sales Assistants for our new Pampling&Co store located in Amsterdam city centre.

These are part-time positions of 20 and 30 hours with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with an expected start date of September the 25th.

Previous customer service experience and a good level of English is required.

Main Responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process payments at the checkout.
• Support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain store visual standards in line with the brand's identity and values.
• Develop a strong understanding of the product range, brand identity, garment materials, sizing, delivery times, and shipping procedures.
