Wat ga je doen?
Als Kassa/Servicemedewerker bij Media Markt zet jij je elke dag in om de wens van de klant te overtreffen.
Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant met een glimlach vertrekt, door actief mee te denken en complete oplossingen te bieden. Je helpt klanten niet alleen bij het afrekenen, maar signaleert ook moeiteloos of ze verder nog iets nodig hebben, zoals after sales, reparatie, online afhalen of een stukje extra service. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte geld- en goederenstroom en werkt nauw samen met het team aan een soepele dag in de winkel.
Verder draag je proactief bij aan:
• Optimale en maximale klanttevredenheid, elke dag;
• Het signaleren van aanvullende klantbehoeften rondom service, aftersales of online bestellingen;
• Oplossingsgericht handelen bij vragen, klachten, reparaties of online bestellingen;
• Een zorgvuldige afhandeling van kassa- en servicebalieprocessen;
• Oplossingen bieden op het gebied van customer care, retourneren, reparatie en online afhalen;
• Een prettige samenwerking en positieve sfeer in het team.

• Je bent sociaal, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig;
• Je voelt je thuis in de rol van gastheer/gastvrouw en vindt het belangrijk dat iedere klant zich welkom voelt;
• Je stelt klanttevredenheid centraal in je werk;
• Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook op zaterdag en zondag;
• Je bent 13 tot 32 uur per week beschikbaar (waaronder bij voorkeur 1 avond en/of 1 dag in het weekend).
