Als Bedrijfsleider bij Premio Van Essen Banden en Autoservice in Zwolle krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een complete vestiging. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om deze zelfstandig te leiden en verder te professionaliseren.
Je stuurt een jong team van 8 medewerkers aan, bewaakt de planning en onderhoudt contact met klanten en leveranciers. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken en het resultaat van de vestiging. Je blijft daarbij dicht bij de praktijk en werkt actief mee waar dat nodig is.
Je verdient €3.800 tot €4.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. Daarnaast krijg je 25 vakantiedagen en bouw je pensioen op volgens cao.
