Over de rol
Als Adviseur bekisting & steigers ben je het gezicht van Doka binnen jouw regio. Je adviseert klanten over onze bekistingssystemen, steigers en ondersteuningsconstructies en zoekt altijd naar de beste oplossing voor hun projecten. Daarnaast stimuleer je het gebruik van onze online shop door actief kansen te signaleren voor bijverkoop.
Jouw rol is afwisselend: van klantbezoeken en projectbegeleiding tot het meedenken over nieuwe duurzame toepassingen in de bouwketen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Actief opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met bestaande én nieuwe klanten.
- Klanten adviseren over bekisting-, steiger- en ondersteuningsoplossingen voor projecten in utiliteits-, infra- en woningbouw.
- Kansen identificeren voor bijverkoop via onze online shop en klanten helpen met online bestellen.
- Markt- en projectinformatie verzamelen om trends en klantbehoeften te signaleren.
- Offertes opstellen en opvolgen, in samenwerking met onze engineers.
- Presenteren van innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen vanuit Doka Nederland én Doka internationaal.
- Zorgen voor een correcte en consistente verwerking van jouw orders.

Functie-eisen
Wat breng je mee?
- MBO+/HBO Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbaar technisch niveau door ervaring.
- Affiniteit met bekisting, steigers of bouwtechniek in brede zin.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag klantgericht.
- Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels.
- Je bent technisch onderlegd en kunt technische tekeningen lezen.

Core Responsibilities
You will act as the regional face of Doka, advising clients on formwork and scaffolding solutions while identifying opportunities for upselling via the online shop. The role involves building client relationships, managing project support, and collaborating with engineers to provide innovative construction solutions.
Requirements
Candidates should hold an MBO+/HBO degree in Construction Engineering or possess equivalent technical experience. Strong communication skills, the ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency in both Dutch and English are required.
