Functieomschrijving
- samenstellen, reviewen en afronden van jaarrekeningen;
- geven van financieel-economische adviezen, o.a. over processen, planning en waarde creatie bij cliënten;
- verbreden van de vaktechniek bij ons team;
- bijdrage leveren aan de doorontwikkeling van onze processen.
Functie-eisen
Als het gaat om inhoud, dan laat jij je zeker niet omverblazen. Tegelijkertijd weet je de klant te inspireren en motiveren om tot nieuwe inzichten te komen. Je bent een rolmodel en een inspirator en in staat om mensen in de juiste richting te laten bewegen, op een positieve manier. Verder heb je voor deze vacature Senior Manager MKB Accountancy & Advies:
- zeker zo'n 8 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de accountancy branche, bij voorkeur binnen de samenstel- en adviespraktijk;
- een RA of AA titel en bij voorkeur ervaring als tekenend accountant;
- bewezen acquisitie ervaring en een commerciële drive;
- uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Als Senior Manager MKB Accountancy & Advies ben je in staat om een sparringspartner te zijn tussen de teams en het management, Aandacht voor begeleiding en ontwikkeling staan hoog in het vaandel bij Deloitte. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor een deel van de praktijk en de daarbij behorende commerciële activiteiten.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing annual accounts while providing financial-economic advice to clients. Additionally, you will lead the team, drive business development, and contribute to the further development of internal processes.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 8 years of relevant experience in accountancy, specifically in compilation and advisory practices. A professional RA or AA title is required, along with excellent proficiency in Dutch and English.
