Als brede gesprekspartner voorzie jij de klanten van MKB Accountancy & Advies van de juiste adviezen en ga je aan de slag met uiteenlopende financieel administratieve vraagstukken en nieuwe technologieën. Bij Deloitte.
Functieomschrijving
- op- en uitbouwen van jouw eigen klanten- en opdrachtenportefeuille;
- fungeren als vraagbaak voor minder ervaren collega’s in het team en het actief stimuleren van verdere ontwikkeling van jouw collega’s;
- onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties en het geven van het juiste advies;
- je duikt, samen met de klant, in de financiële bedrijfsvoering en ondersteunt hen in de breedst mogelijk zin;
- verantwoordelijkheid dragen over de uitvoering van de opdrachten;
- initiatiefnemen als het gaat om het integreren van nieuwe technologie;
- proactief bijdragen aan verdere groei van het team via verschillende initiatieven.
Functie-eisen
- een afgeronde hbo opleiding in de richting van Accountancy of Finance & Control
- bezig met de post hbo Accountancy opleiding en/of praktijkstage AA/controller of in ieder geval gedreven om hiermee te beginnen;
- minimaal twee jaar werkervaring binnen de Accountancy branche;
- een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.
- je vindt het leuk om collega’s verder op te leiden en bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor jouw klanten
- in staat de vertaalslag te maken van klantbehoefte naar concrete uitvoering
- je hebt een analytische blik en gedreven, ambitieuze en proactieve houding

Als Senior Assistant MKB Accountancy & Advies ben jij primair aanspreekpunt voor jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. Samen met het mangement draag je de (vaktechnische) verantwoordelijkheid over de uitvoering van opdrachten.
Core Responsibilities
You will manage your own portfolio of clients, providing financial advice and supporting their business operations. Additionally, you will act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues and drive the integration of new technologies within the team.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance & Control and at least two years of experience in the accountancy sector. Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required, along with a proactive and analytical mindset.
