Jouw rol
Als Medewerker Accounts Payable ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van inkomende facturen en een goed beheer van de crediteurenadministratie. Jij zorgt dat betalingen vlekkeloos verlopen en ondersteunt bij de maand- en jaarafsluiting. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel draag je direct bij aan een betrouwbare financiële basis van onze organisatie.
Taken
Verwerken en controleren van inkomende facturen op juistheid en volledigheid.
Boeken van facturen in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Zorgen voor tijdige uitvoering van betalingsrondes.
Controleren en boeken van bankafschriften.
Beheren en up-to-date houden van de crediteurenadministratie.
Voorbereiden en ondersteunen bij btw-aangiftes en ICP-opgaven.
Bijdragen aan maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
Meedenken over verbeteringen in het financiële proces.
Kwalificaties
MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een financiële opleiding.
Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware (bij voorkeur Dynamics 365).
Vaardig met MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (Duits of Frans is een pré).
Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.

Core Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable employee is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming invoices and the management of the accounts payable ledger. They also support month-end and year-end closing processes and assist with VAT and ICP declarations.
Requirements
Candidates should have MBO level education, preferably with a financial background, and experience with accounting software like Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, along with strong attention to detail and a proactive work attitude.
