Your superpowers
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an analytical or strategy-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills - you can pitch Picnic’s mission with confidence.
- Fluency in English. Dutch, German or French? Big plus!
- A data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for launching creative talent initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you’ll need to challenge, push back, and influence hiring decisions.

You will act as a talent matchmaker by sourcing and attracting top candidates for the Technology & Engineering team. Additionally, you will manage the full recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience while boosting the company's tech brand.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field. You should have 0-4 years of recruitment experience and possess excellent communication skills with a data-driven approach.
