In een 5-ploegen systeem zorg jij samen met je collega’s voor het vlekkeloos inpakken van onze heerlijkste frietjes! Zo veilig, zo goed en zo efficiënt mogelijk. Door automatisering, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en TPM zal er genoeg uitdaging voor je zijn om je verder te ontwikkelen. Functieomschrijving
- Jij bent met je teamgenoten verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van de verpakkingsplanning
- Jij bouwt de lijnen om, stelt de machines in, controleert het verpakkingsproces en de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Jij bent de betrouwbare kracht achter elke perfect verpakte zak
- Verzamel en registreer je essentiële gegevens voor procesmonitoring en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het machineparkonderhoud
- Als "superinpakker" zorg je voor een constante aanvoer en verwisseling van inpakmaterialen en ben je altijd alert op storingen. Jouw snelle acties voorkomen dat de boel "in de puree" raakt
- Je bent naast de reguliere werkzaamheden ook actief bezig met optimalisatievoorstellen aangaande het productieproces en neemt actief deel aan verbeterteams

- Ervaring met TPM of vergelijkbare verbetertechnieken om onze processen naar nieuwe hoogten te tillen
Core Responsibilities
You are responsible for the packaging planning, machine setup, and ensuring the quality of the final product. Additionally, you will monitor processes, perform machine maintenance, and actively participate in production optimization teams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses a flexible and proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility. Proficiency in the Dutch language and experience with TPM or similar improvement techniques are required.
