Wat je gaat doen
Je begeleidt nieuwe collega's vanaf het moment dat ze tekenen tot ver na hun eerste werkweek. Schuberg Philis groeit hard: we verwelkomen 15 tot 50 nieuwe collega's per maand. Jij zorgt dat dat voor ieder van hen persoonlijk en vlekkeloos verloopt.
Concreet betekent dat:
- Je stelt arbeidsovereenkomsten op en zorgt dat ze rond komen.
- Je activeert en bewaakt de pre-employment screening en volgt de rapportages op.
- Je plant het onboardingprogramma en alles eromheen: rondetafelgesprekken, de Founders lunch, afspraken met de onafhankelijk financieel adviseur.
- Je begeleidt nieuwe collega's die uit het buitenland komen en schakelt met onze externe partners voor relocation, visa, werkvergunningen en de 30%-regeling.
- Je draait mee tijdens ons maandelijkse onboardingprogramma als begeleider van de nieuwe collega's op die dag.
- Je stemt af met ons restaurant- en hospitalityteam en zorgt dat presentatoren van onboardingsessies op tijd klaarstaan.
- Je werkt in AFAS, Greenhouse en Slack en houdt de administratie kloppend.
Dit is een baan met veel context switching. Je bent de hele dag in gesprek: met nieuwe collega's, met het team, met partners. Geen dag is hetzelfde en dat vraagt om iemand die overzicht houdt en rustig blijft als er veel tegelijk speelt.
Het team
Je wordt onderdeel van ons Recruiting & Onboarding team van 18 collega's, en we groeien door. Binnen het team bouwen we aan een coördinatieteam van vier: twee collega's richten zich op het inplannen van interviews, twee op onboarding. Jullie zijn elkaars backup, dus je staat er nooit alleen voor.
Wat je meebrengt
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bijvoorbeeld als onboarding coordinator, recruitment coordinator, HR operations medewerker of executive assistant.
- Je werkt secuur en hebt oog voor detail, ook bij hoge volumes.
- Je denkt in oplossingen en krijgt mensen mee, of het nu gaat om een volle agenda of een presentator die nog moet bevestigen
- Je vindt het leuk om processen slimmer te maken.
- Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels.
- Ervaring met AFAS of Greenhouse is mooi meegenomen, geen vereiste.

Core Responsibilities
You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including contract preparation, pre-employment screening, and coordinating orientation programs. You will also act as a primary point of contact for international employees regarding relocation, visas, and work permits.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience in a similar HR or recruitment coordination role and possesses strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, along with the ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks effectively.
