Senior Product Marketing Manager
Key Skills
Job Description
The company
Lumion is redefining how architecture is communicated in the era of AI, from early concepts to final presentations. Our expanding portfolio helps architects, designers, and visualization professionals communicate ideas with speed, clarity, and emotion, while making it easier for teams and stakeholders to collaborate around design.
We're an international team of developers, designers, architects, and visualization specialists, based across our Netherlands HQ, Denmark, Poland, and a globally distributed remote workforce. The convergence of 3D rendering, real-time engines, and generative AI is accelerating, and we intend to lead it.
The role
You'll own message-to-market fit for the Lumion portfolio. This is the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales: positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and enablement that connects the right value proposition to the right audience at the right time.
It's a commercially driven individual contributor role. You set the strategy and you roll up your sleeves to execute it. You won't produce every asset yourself, since much of our product marketing content is created in-house or with technical visualization experts and artists, but you provide the creative direction, briefs, and messaging that make that work land commercially.
We're looking for a senior PMM who pairs classic positioning rigor with AI fluency. You use AI to move faster on research and production, you understand how buyers now research through AI, you can prototype your own ideas rather than only briefing them, and you bring the taste and judgment that keeps our voice distinctive.
What you'll own
Positioning and messaging. Build and evolve the frameworks that make Lumion's value and differentiation clear across the portfolio. Partner with Product and Content to turn capabilities into competitive narratives, and brief the Content team so the message holds up across every channel and audience.
Go-to-market. Plan and orchestrate launches and feature rollouts with Product, Marketing, and Sales. Coordinate the contributors, then track what the launch actually did and adjust based on the data.
Market and customer insight. Market research, competitive analysis, win/loss reviews, ICPs, and personas that align everyone around one well-defined audience. Use AI-assisted research to keep competitive intelligence continuous rather than point-in-time.
Content and campaigns. Work with Product, Content, and Visualization teams on campaign assets, landing pages, articles, video and tutorial content, case studies, presentations, battlecards, and sales collateral. Lead the visual storytelling that shows what Lumion can do, briefing copywriters, designers, visualization artists, and video producers. Where it's useful, mock up the landing page or the interactive demo yourself.
What you bring
Around 6+ years in B2B product marketing, including 2+ at senior level owning launches end to end
A record of launching products and driving customer adoption, ideally in architectural or visualization software
Exceptional writing and content direction. You can craft the positioning yourself, write a clear brief, and edit others' work to a high standard
AI fluency and prototyping literacy. You use AI to accelerate research, messaging, and content, and you can show an idea rather than only describe it
Visual storytelling expertise, with experience creating or directing content that shows software in action
Collaborative leadership. You move cross-functional projects forward without direct authority
Campaign experience tied to measurable engagement and adoption
Strong analytical skills, and the instinct to turn insight into action
How we'll measure success
Launches that hit their adoption and engagement targets. Clear, consistent messaging everywhere customers meet us. Sales enablement that gets used and shows up in win rates by persona. Sharper market understanding through ongoing research. A measurable contribution to funnel conversion.
Core Responsibilities
You will own the message-to-market fit for the Lumion portfolio by developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. You will also collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to execute campaigns and drive customer adoption through data-driven insights.
Requirements
The role requires approximately 6+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including at least 2 years at a senior level. Candidates must demonstrate AI fluency, strong visual storytelling skills, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end product launches.
