From day one, you’ll contribute to real client data & AI projects. You’ll help develop the technical foundation of our AI solutions by working on data pipelines, scalable infrastructure, and intelligent applications.
Along the way, you’ll explore emerging technologies, support the journey from idea to production, and grow as an engineer by learning on the job through real-world challenges and close collaboration with our experienced Cloud, Software, Data, and AI engineers.
Be part of a dynamic team of data & AI talents who tackle meaningful challenges, build smart solutions, and have fun along the way. Wanna join the ride?
Where you’ll make a difference
Contribute to impactful data & AI projects – by helping build the infrastructure, platforms, and applications that turn ideas into scalable, real-world solutions
Enabling AI-powered solutions at scale – by working on data pipelines, cloud environments, or ML platforms
Develop clean and scalable code – programming in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Terraform
Translate tech for business – by communicating technical ideas in a clear and accessible way to ensure shared understanding across teams
Collaborate across teams – work hand-in-hand with experienced Engineers and Data Experts to build production-ready solutions
What makes us the right choice for you
Deepen your skills in data & AI – gain exposure to diverse industries, tackle real-world challenges, and grow through hands-on projects and expert mentorship in a future-focused environment
Thrive in a culture that values autonomy, curiosity, and bold thinking – where your voice matters, ideas turn into action, and your impact is genuinely recognized and rewarded
Step into a role where your studies meet real impact – contribute ideas and help shape how organizations use data & AI to drive change
Benefit from personal coaching – receive regular guidance and feedback from experienced professionals who are committed to your growth
Join a vibrant, multidisciplinary team that’s ambitious, collaborative, and just the right amount of nerdy – where learning and laughter go hand in hand
Enjoy a competitive salary and attractive benefits – because every role deserves fair pay and genuine appreciation
Look ahead with strong future prospects – take the opportunity to grow into a full-time role after your studies and kick-start your career in data & AI
What makes you shine
You’re a motivated problem solver and a curious learner – with a passion for building the technologies that bring AI-powered solutions to life. You’ll thrive with us if you bring:
A strong academic foundation – you’re currently in your 3rd year or beyond of a quantitative Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g. Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Econometrics) with excellent results
Technical thinking and engineering skills – you enjoy designing infrastructure, developing applications, or building data pipelines
A hands-on, growth mindset – you take initiative, embrace challenges, and are eager to learn and develop continuously
Effective communication and teamwork skills – you’re comfortable collaborating and explaining your ideas clearly in technical discussions
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Where and how you’ll work
Most of your work will take place at our Amsterdam office – a space designed to foster problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation, and simply put, where we build the future.

We’re aiming for a minimum of 16 hours per week – ideally, 24 hours spread across three days – so you can dive deep into projects and still keep your studies on track.
