Leid strategische communicatie‑ en transformatieprogramma’s met impact op klant‑ en medewerkersbeleving, ondersteund door (marketing)technologie en contentcreatie. Bij Deloitte.
Functieomschrijving
- Verwerft en leidt transformatie en communicatieopdrachten voor publieke organisaties met focus op klant- en medewerkerbeleving.
- Adviseert en faciliteert opdrachtgevers over communicatie, contentcreatie en klantgerichte dienstverlening, ondersteund door (marketing)technologie.
- Werkt in multidisciplinaire teams en coördineert stakeholders binnen politiek complexe omgevingen (ministeries, uitvoeringsorganisaties, ziekenhuizen, grote gemeenten).
- Ontwikkelt en leidt commerciële initiatieven: workshops, seminars en whitepapers over trends zoals Gen AI in communicatie.
- Bouwt en breidt het serviceportfolio uit en zorgt dat projecten aansluiten op de strategische doelen van Deloitte.
- Beheert planning, budgettering en de oplevering van kwalitatief hoogwaardige resultaten.
- Coacht en ontwikkelt junior teamleden en stimuleert professionele groei en teamperformance.

- Afgeronde masteropleiding, bij voorkeur Communicatiewetenschap, Marketing, Bedrijfskunde, Politieke Wetenschappen, Sociale Wetenschappen of Bestuurskunde.
- Minimaal 6 jaar relevante ervaring als Creatief Strateeg of vergelijkbare rol binnen consultancy of communicatiebureau, met aantoonbare opdrachten in de publieke sector.
- Ervaring met advisering in politiek complexe organisaties en het adviseren van management en directie.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het schrijven van commerciële voorstellen/tenders en relatieopbouw met opdrachtgevers.
- Sterk strategisch en conceptueel denkvermogen met focus op maatschappelijke impact en resultaat.
- Ervaring met aansturing van multidisciplinaire teams en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.

Core Responsibilities
You will lead strategic communication and transformation programs for public sector clients while managing multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, you will develop commercial initiatives, manage project budgets, and coach junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and have at least 6 years of relevant experience in consultancy or communications, specifically within the public sector. You must demonstrate strong strategic thinking, experience in complex political environments, and proficiency in both Dutch and English.
