Jouw rol
Als Senior Administrateur ben jij de financiële spil die zorgt voor grip, kwaliteit en continuïteit. Je beheert facturatie, grootboek en fiscale aangiften met precisie, en krijgt tegelijk de kans om processen slimmer, efficiënter en schaalbaarder te maken.
Wat ga je doen?
· De financiële administratie van meerdere vennootschappen betrouwbaar, strak en overzichtelijk beheren.
· Fiscale aangiften en verplichtingen zorgvuldig verzorgen en bewaken.
· Processen en systemen verbeteren met jouw analytische blik en praktische aanpak.
· Bijdragen aan rapportages, jaarrekeningen en financiële optimalisaties die de organisatie verder brengen.
· Automatiseringskansen signaleren en omzetten in slimme, werkbare verbeteringen.
Wat wij vragen
· Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring en hbo-werk- en denkniveau in financiële richting.
· Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, denkt in oplossingen en weet collega’s op een prettige manier mee te nemen.
· Je hebt goede kennis van Nederlandse fiscale regelgeving, Excel, financiële systemen en ERP-software.
· Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar; ervaring in een projectgedreven productieomgeving is een duidelijke pré.

The Senior Administrator will manage the financial administration, tax obligations, and reporting for multiple companies. They are also responsible for improving financial processes and identifying opportunities for automation.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's level of education in a financial field. Proficiency in Dutch tax regulations, Excel, and ERP software is required.
