Als Procesoperator stuur jij, samen met het team van operators, onze volledig geautomatiseerde fabriek aan, je werkt in de drieploegendienst.

- Drieploegenrooster: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00. Je werkt maximaal 3 nachtdiensten achter elkaar, momenteel werkt het team er 2 achtereen.
- Fiscale keuzeregeling voor extra’s zoals fiets, fitness abonnement, tablet/smartphone of producten om je woning te verduurzamen.
- 24 vakantiedagen op basis van fulltime dienstverband.
- Afwisselend werk, steeds op verschillende plekken in het productieproces.
Hoe ziet je dag eruit als Procesoperator?
Vanuit de centrale controlekamer heb jij zicht op alle lijnen in de fabriek. Waaronder de inname van grondstoffen, maar ook de perserij, malerij, mengerij en de bulkverlading. Jij bent de menselijke schakel in het geautomatiseerde productieproces van veevoer. Via de computersystemen volg je het hele proces en stuur je bij waar nodig. Jij draait je hand niet om voor de 1e lijns storingen en onderhoud, daarom ben je ook vaak in de fabriek te vinden. Daar doe je de check en de controles met proces- en meetapparatuur. Natuurlijk heb je ook aandacht voor een schone werkomgeving.
In Delden produceren we jaarlijks +/- 350.000 ton krachtvoer voor pluimvee.

Core Responsibilities
You will monitor and control the automated production process for animal feed from a central control room. Additionally, you will perform first-line maintenance and conduct regular checks on production equipment within the factory.
Requirements
The role requires the ability to work in a three-shift rotation and perform technical checks on production machinery. Candidates should be comfortable working with computer-based control systems and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
