- Een afgeronde technologische mbo-4 opleiding gecombineerd met 2 jaar werkervaring in de after sales of een afgeronde technologische hbo-opleiding.
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- De drive om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen en te investeren in jouw technische kennis.
- Bewustzijn van het belang van secuur werken.
- Enthousiasme voor het vormgeven en verzorgen van klanttrainingen op locatie.
- Commerciële vaardigheden die je inzet om het succes van de organisatie te vergroten.
- Aanbieden van after sales producten/diensten, inclusief installatie, onderhoud, reparaties en upgrades.
- Beoordelen en analyseren van technische problemen en ontwikkelen van effectieve oplossingen in samenwerking met jouw service team.
- Registreren van de serviceactiviteiten en technische ondersteuning in ons systeem .
- Leveren van een proactieve bijdrage aan de continue verbetering van onze after sales processen en procedures.
Core Responsibilities
The After Sales Engineer manages the product lifecycle from commissioning to maintenance and optimization. They are responsible for providing technical support, conducting customer training, and driving process improvements within the service team.
Requirements
Candidates must have a technological MBO-4 degree with 2 years of experience or a technological HBO degree. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, along with strong commercial and technical problem-solving skills.
