✈️ About Smart Freight Centre

Think about the package that just arrived at your doorstep; the products on store shelves, or the goods being shipped across oceans. Logistics is everywhere, powering the world we live in. And because it’s everywhere, it’s also one of the biggest contributors to carbon emissions globally.

That’s where Smart Freight Centre (SFC) steps in. We’re tackling the carbon footprint of logistics head-on, working with businesses, governments, and key players around the globe. Our mission? To transform the logistics sector into a zero-emission industry by 2050, or hopefully even sooner. Want to help drive this change? Join us!

  • Stakeholder and supplier coordination: Communicate with the venue, guest speakers, and suppliers, like catering, to ensure everything is organized, dietary needs are met, and food is served at the right times.
  • On-site support: During the event, you’ll be welcoming attendees at the registration desk, assisting with room setups for workshops and conferences, and keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Post-event wrap-up: Help pack up equipment, gather feedback from attendees, and assist with final reports.

  • Proactive: You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do. You’re hands-on and have a can-do attitude.
  • People person: You’re fluent in English and love connecting with everyone: colleagues, attendees, suppliers, etc.
  • Organized: You can manage multiple tasks and keep everything on track.
  • Adaptable: You’re flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech enthusiast: Comfortable with MS Office? Great. Never used Salesforce or Flock Eventing Platform? No problem, we’ll teach you.
