Functieomschrijving
- je leidt en coördineert complexe adviesopdrachten voor cliënten op het gebied van financiële en economische criminaliteit, zoals risicoanalyses, FEC-beleid, anti‑witwas (AML)-trajecten en sanctie‑compliance;
- je ontwikkelt strategieën, governance- en beleidskaders om wet‑ en regelgeving te vertalen naar praktische risicobeperkende maatregelen;
- je leidt en ontwikkelt multidisciplinaire teams d.m.v. coaching, resourceplanning en kennisdeling om deliverables en carrièreontwikkeling te bevorderen;
- je initieert business development en thought leadership, onderhoudt senior stakeholderrelaties en zorgt voor kwaliteits-, risico‑ en compliancemanagement binnen projecten i.s.m. met andere teams en business units bij Deloitte.
Functie-eisen
Je zoekt van nature de kern van de uitdagingen van onze cliënten en weet stakeholders overtuigend te betrekken met goed onderbouwde inzichten. De functie-eisen zijn onder andere:
- minimaal 7 jaar relevante werkervaring in de Nederlandse bank- of verzekeringssector en/of bij een Big Four-consultancy, bij voorkeur met ervaring in het FEC-domein, AML/CTF of andersoortige financiële criminaliteit;
- ervaren met het leiden en coachen van project teams;
- een afgeronde masteropleiding in Criminologie, Bedrijfskunde or een verwante studie;
- certificeringen zoals Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Core Responsibilities
You will lead and coordinate complex advisory projects related to financial and economic crime, including risk analysis and policy development. Additionally, you will manage multidisciplinary teams and foster senior stakeholder relationships to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 7 years of relevant experience in the Dutch banking or insurance sector or at a Big Four consultancy. A master's degree in Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with professional certifications like CAMS.
