Join Strohm as Our Next Production Operator!Bij Strohm bouwen we aan een toekomstbestendige basis voor verdere groei. We zoeken een enthousiaste en gedreven productie operator die wil bijdragen aan een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte productieomgeving. Help jij mee?
Samen met een groep van 66 collega-operators vorm je het hart van onze productie. In de 3-ploegendienst werk je nauw samen met onderhoud, magazijn en engineers. Een plek waar geen dag hetzelfde is en teamwork centraal staat.
In deze rol, zal jij:
Werken in een hecht productieteam en zorg je dat onze extrusie- en wikkellijnen soepel draaien. Je stelt machines in, voert kleine reparaties uit en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het productieproces. Ook help je bij het ombouwen van machines en houd je de werkplek veilig en netjes. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst en rapporteert aan de (assistent-)ploegleider in een rustige, schone omgeving met weinig geluid.Jouw skills:
- MBO niveau 2 of hoger in een technische richting;
- Ervaring als operator of productiemedewerker is een plus;
- Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en werkt nauwkeurig en veilig;
- Positieve teamspeler met een flexibele houding;
- Basiskennis van Nederlands of Engels.
Ons aanbod:
- Start-salaris tussen de € 2.800,- en € 3.000,- bruto p/m afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
- 21% ploegentoeslag (fulltime functie in 3-ploegen ochtend/middag/nacht);

Core Responsibilities
You will operate extrusion and winding machines within a production team to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Responsibilities include setting up machines, performing minor repairs, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
Requirements
Candidates should have an MBO level 2 or higher in a technical field and possess a positive, flexible attitude. Experience as an operator is considered a plus, along with basic proficiency in Dutch or English.
