Core Responsibilities
The Duty Manager oversees hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager to ensure smooth daily functioning. They are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of hospitality throughout the property.
Requirements
Candidates must have a proven background in front office or hotel operations, ideally in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Proficiency in hotel PMS, strong team management skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays are required.
