Anderson MacGyver is a management consulting firm operating at the intersection of business and IT. From our offices in the Netherlands, Germany, and Sweden, we advise executives and senior management on: 

• Designing and executing digital strategies
• Building high-performing business and technology organisations
• Selecting and implementing smart data and technology solutions tailored to their    objectives

The Anderson MacGyver team, roughly 50 people in the Netherlands, is a close team with both senior and many young professionals. We are pragmatic, authentic, and passionate about what we do. What Will You Do? 
 As a Junior Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful advice: 

• Help lead information and data gathering sessions at our clients 
• Prepare interviews, workshops, and documentation for our clients 
• Learn to apply Anderson MacGyver’s proven methods and models under the guidance of a Senior Consultant 
• Contribute to digital transformation projects

Your impact

• A Master’s degree (or soon to be completed) in Business, Technology, or Data
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset. 
• A proactive and independent attitude. 
• Fluency in Dutch and English. 
• Plus: Some relevant experience (internships or up to 2 years of work) is not needed but appreciated.
