Your Tasks
- Overall project management for customer orders
- Responsibility for project success (costs, payments, deadlines and quality), as well as control and coordination of the project team and all interfaces
- Technical and commercial order clarification
- Commercial controlling of the project, deadline tracking and project reporting
- Change and claim management
- Evaluation of opportunities and risks (PRIP)
- Coordination of escalation management; resolution of conflicts
- Execution of project reviews and exchange of experience with stakeholders
- Preparation of the construction site phase as well as site control in close cooperation with the site manager
- Project control until defect-free handover to customer and after sales service
Your Qualifications
- A technology and/or business qualification (engineering or business administration)
- Several years of professional experience and a sound knowledge of project management methods and/or technical sales, where possible in the food/beverage industry
- You have knowledge of contract law
- You have user knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and MS Project
- You are fluent in spoken and written English and preferable German and French
- You have a targeted, structured manner of work
- You are able to work in a team, are assertive and possess good manners
- You have sound, efficient time management skills and can work flexibly according to project requirements
- Willingness to travel frequently and to spend longer periods abroad (approx. 25%)

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of customer orders, including costs, deadlines, and quality control. They will coordinate project teams, manage technical and commercial order clarification, and oversee the construction site phase until final handover.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a technology or business qualification and possess several years of professional experience in project management or technical sales. Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana, MS Project, and fluency in English are required, along with the willingness to travel frequently.
