🎨 Ooit zelf begonnen als schilder en inmiddels degene die de ploeg op de klus aanstuurt? Dan kan Bedrijfsleider bij Taken Schilderwerken jouw volgende stap zijn.
Je blijft dicht bij het schildersvak, maar krijgt meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je stuurt projecten en schilders aan, bewaakt de planning en kwaliteit en hebt contact met opdrachtgevers. Doordat je zelf uit het vak komt, weet je wat er buiten speelt en wat jouw mensen nodig hebben om goed werk af te leveren.
Bij Taken Schilderwerken werk je met ongeveer 15 vakmensen aan allerlei schilderprojecten voor zakelijke en particuliere opdrachtgevers. En woon je in regio Apeldoorn? Dan zit je goed. De meeste projecten zijn binnen 20 minuten rijafstand.
Als Bedrijfsleider verdien je vanaf €5.000 bruto per maand en krijg je een auto, telefoon en laptop van de zaak, pensioen en opleidingsmogelijkheden.

Core Responsibilities
You will manage painting projects and lead a team of 15 professionals while ensuring high quality and adherence to schedules. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both business and private clients.
Requirements
Candidates must have a background as a painter and previous experience as a foreman or supervisor. Proficiency in the Dutch language is required for this role.
