Job Description
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
As our Revenue Manager, you steer the financial strategy across 3 unique The Social Hub locations. You turn big revenue targets into clear, daily wins for each property while maximizing every opportunity across the guest journey. Sitting at the heart of our Revenue & Distribution crew, you bridge data, pricing, and local operations to keep numbers soaring. We love big ideas, so you will get plenty of room to experiment, test new strategies, and grow your career with us. Bring your analytical mind and passion for hospitality, and let us reshape the industry together.
In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the revenue strategy, budget, and forecasting for 3 properties.
- Set smart pricing strategies and optimize the business mix across sales channels.
- Analyze demand trends to capture every possible revenue opportunity.
- Spot risks and opportunities early, teaming up with local leaders to build quick action plans.
- Join key sales, triangle, and revenue management meetings to keep team goals aligned.
- Maintain a clear helicopter view of property performance using modern reporting tools.
- Share knowledge and support your team members along the way.
What You’ll Have
- You bring 2+ years of experience as a Revenue Manager.
- You hold a bachelor's degree, ideally in econometrics, hotel management, or tourism.
- You bring top-notch analytical skills and advanced MS Excel skills (experience with Power BI is a plus).
- You have hands-on experience with property management systems, with MEWS and FLYR knowledge as a bonus.
- You are fluent in English, and speaking Dutch gives you an extra edge.
- You bring a proactive, can-do attitude, taking full ownership of your work while challenging the status quo.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. Not just another hotel - we’re a game changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future
- The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change
- The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth
- Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family!
- A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events, fun colleagues and all the other amazing salary/benefits stuff
At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best.
Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
