Logistics Coordinator – EU (CrowdLED, a PixMob Company)

Role Purpose

As the Logistics Coordinator – EU, you are the front-line execution specialist responsible for moving millions of PixMob and CrowdLED devices seamlessly across Europe and the globe. Sitting within our newly established PixMob EMEA Office, your mission is to own end-to-end inbound, outbound, and intra-EU logistics—ensuring 100% on-time dock dates for high-stakes live events, tours, and reseller projects. You leverage the EU’s geographical and time-zone proximity to our Asian manufacturing partners to proactively align on production dispatches, eliminate freight bottlenecks, and handle complex customs clearances. In a world of high-stakes live entertainment where late delivery is never an option, you ensure our logistics engine runs with military precision. TL;DR: You own the freight, clear the customs, master the time zones, and make sure the show always goes on.

Core Responsibilities

1. Inbound Logistics & Asia Supplier Synchronization 

• Asia Partner Alignment: Leverage time-zone proximity with Asian manufacturing partners to proactively track production readiness, dispatch schedules, and cargo handover.
• Inbound Management: Oversee all inbound freight movements from Asia and Montreal HQ to regional warehouse hubs (Logicel & Vasco).
• Customs & Compliance: Own intra-EU and cross-border customs clearances, duty documentation, Commercial Invoices (CIs), and regulatory compliance to prevent port/border holds.

2. Outbound Event & Reseller Logistics 

• Show-Critical Freight: Manage outbound logistics for direct-to-venue event deliveries, stadium tours, and reseller projects across the EMEA region.
• Carrier Management: Partner with 3PLs and freight forwarders, continuously evaluating transit times, auditing shipping costs, and enforcing strict carrier SLAs.
• Reactive Problem Solving: Act as the rapid-response point person to troubleshoot real-time carrier delays, rerouting, or last-minute freight changes.

3. Intra-EU Movements & Reverse Logistics 

• Hub Transfers: Coordinate transfers between regional workshops, warehouse partners (Logicel & Vasco), and event locations.
• Reverse Logistics: Manage return shipping flows for base stations, control units, DMX gear, and wristbands heading back for refurbishment.
• Fulfillment Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand on-site with Luca (Fulfillment & Refurbishment Coordinator) to ensure seamless hand-offs between warehouse staging and freight pickup.

What You Bring to the Table 

• Experience: 3–5 years in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management (Live Events, Entertainment, Consumer Electronics, or high-growth Tech preferred).
• Customs Mastery: Deep understanding of EU import/export regulations, ATA Carnets, customs clearance processes, and tariff structures.
• Time Zone Agility: Ability to leverage morning hours for real-time alignment with Asian manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Systems & ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems (Rootstock/Salesforce or similar) and carrier tracking platforms.
• Crisis Management: Ability to stay "cool, calm, and collected" under intense pressure when time-sensitive freight encounters delays.
• Languages: Full professional fluency in English & Dutch; additional European languages (French or German) are a strong asset.
