About the program

Our Off-Cycle Program varies in length based on program/university for undergraduate students. You will be fully immersed in our day-to-day activities.

As a participant, you will:

  • Receive training designed to help you succeed
  • Have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and our people

Interns will work on real responsibilities alongside team members and receive training to succeed in daily activities. They will use advanced training in mathematics and programming to construct quantitative models that drive success in global financial markets.

Requirements

Candidates should be undergraduate students with a strong aptitude for research, analysis, and innovation. A background in mathematics, programming, and logical thinking is required to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
