Ihre Aufgaben:
Verwaltung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer IT- und OT-Infrastruktur
Verantwortung für den umfassenden Betrieb und die Absicherung von Netzwerken, Servern und Systemen in unserem europäischen Unternehmensumfeld
Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung vielfältiger Technologien – von etablierten Systemen bis hin zu innovativen Cloud- und Virtualisierungslösungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen Konstruktion, Produktion, Montage und Vertrieb zur Optimierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse
Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT/OT-Netzarchitektur inklusive sicherer Anbindung der Shopfloor-Systeme
Ihr Profil:
Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung (ca. 5 Jahre) in der Netzwerk- und Systemadministration
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Server- und/oder Linux-Umgebungen sowie in Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing, Firewalls)
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Virtualisierung (VMware, Hyper-V) und Cloud-Diensten (M365)
Grundkenntnisse in IT-/OT-Sicherheit und Netzsegmentierung sind wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Fertigungs-IT und Operational Technology (OT)
Motivation, Produktionsprozesse durch clevere IT-Lösungen zu verbessern

Requirements
Candidates should have approximately 5 years of practical experience in network and system administration with strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments. Proficiency in English and German is required, along with a strong interest in operational technology and manufacturing IT.
