Wie ben jij?
Als Fundraising Business Consultant ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten en onze technologie. Je werkt aan de implementatie van onze gestandaardiseerde SaaS-oplossing op basis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, specifiek ontwikkeld voor de non-profit sector. Je helpt klanten bij het optimaal inzetten van het systeem, vertaalt hun wensen naar functionele ontwerpen en begeleidt hen bij de inrichting en adoptie.De focus van deze rol ligt op de business kant. Jij begrijpt als geen ander hoe een fondsenwerver, medewerker ledenadministratie of marketeer onze tooling dagelijks inzet om haar achterban te bereiken.
Je werkt nauw samen met collega-consultants, projectmanagers en developers. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze klanten het maximale uit hun oplossing halen. Je bent betrokken bij workshops, configuratie, testen en training. Daarbij houd je altijd het doel voor ogen: sociale impact vergroten door technologie slim in te zetten.
Wat breng jij?
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling
- Affiniteit met de non-profit sector en maatschappelijke doelen
- Ervaring met het begeleiden van implementaties en het vertalen van processen naar systeeminrichting
- Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM of vergelijkbare systemen is een pré
- Kennis van Agile/Scrum is een pré
- Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week

Core Responsibilities
You will act as the bridge between clients and technology by implementing SaaS solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the non-profit sector. Your role involves translating client needs into functional designs, configuring systems, and guiding users through adoption to maximize social impact.
Requirements
Candidates should have HBO level education and experience with system implementations or process translation. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies are considered strong advantages.
