The Role

We are looking for a curious, creative, and hands-on Implementation and data Migration Consultant with a strong consultancy and technical background to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering seamless implementations and data migrations of the entire Assai portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our clients’ experience and continuously improve our way of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a strategic advisor to customers, helping to translate business needs into workflows and best practices.

• Lead the implementation of our solutions and data migrations, including project management, business analysis, configuration, and user training.

• Translate customer requirements into new or improved product functionalities in collaboration with the Product Team.

• Provide pre-sales support, including input for professional services quotes and backup for product demonstrations.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and support clients throughout their customer journey.

• Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Additional Information

• The work location is Culemborg, the Netherlands.

• You will need to live in and have a work permit for the Netherlands. We will not accept applications without this requirement.

• Full-time employment (40 hours per week);

• Possibility to work partly from home (40%), we expect 3 days in the office in Culemborg;

• 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time) and the possibilities to buy another 10 days;

• Competitive salary, based on qualifications and experience.

• Bonus component based on KPI’s.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• 5–7 years of experience in a consultancy or technical role.

• Strong knowledge of business software and IT systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Technical skills including:

  • Reading logs and stack traces.

  • Working with JSON and YAML files.

  • Writing basic PowerShell or CMD scripts (with AI support).

  • Understanding of browser security (CORS, CSP, x-frame-options).

  • Familiarity with servers, databases, communication protocols, HTML, OS, and environment variables.

  • Troubleshooting web applications using browser developer tools.

  • Familiarity with ETL concepts and data transformation, including handling large datasets and identifying data quality issues

  • Experience working with REST APIs, including authentication, API testing, and troubleshooting API-related issues.

  • Good understanding of SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle, including writing queries for data analysis and validation

• Excellent planning, execution, and project management skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
