Als procesoperator stuur jij, samen met het team van operators, onze geautomatiseerde fabriek aan, je werkt in de drieploegendienst.

- Vrijheid: je werkt in een drieploegenrooster met werktijden van 6.00 tot 14.00 uur, van 14.00 tot 22.00 uur en van 22.00 tot 6.00 uur.
- Ploegentoeslag van 25.3% dus én flexibel werken én extra toeslag!
- Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantiegeld en een 4% eindejaarsuitkering.
- Fiscale keuzeregeling voor extra’s zoals fiets, fitnessabonnement, tablet/smartphone of producten om je woning te verduurzamen.
- 24 vakantiedagen op basis van fulltime dienstverband.
Hoe ziet je dag eruit als procesoperator?
Vanuit de centrale controlekamer heb jij zicht op alle lijnen in de fabriek. Waaronder de inname van grondstoffen, maar ook de perserij, malerij, mengerij en de bulkverlading. Jij bent de menselijke schakel in het geautomatiseerde productieproces van veevoer. Via de computersystemen volg je het hele proces en stuur je bij waar nodig. Jij draait je hand niet om voor de 1e lijns storingen en daarom ben je ook vaak in de fabriek te vinden. Daar doe je de check en de controles met proces- en meetapparatuur.
In Almelo produceren we jaarlijks +/- 250.000 ton krachtvoer voor herkauwers en paarden.

Core Responsibilities
You will monitor and control the automated production process from a central control room, ensuring efficient operation of all factory lines. Additionally, you will perform physical checks on equipment and address first-line technical malfunctions on the factory floor.
Requirements
The role requires the ability to work in a three-shift rotation and manage automated production systems. Candidates should be comfortable performing both computer-based monitoring and hands-on technical checks in a factory environment.
