Our Quality department is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Quality by Design Engineer. In this critical role, you will focus on implementing and enhancing Quality by Design (QbD) principles within our production processes, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What will you do?

• Implement and optimise QbD methodologies to improve product and process quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to develop robust design and control strategies.

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues early and recommend mitigations.

• Develop detailed reports and documentation following QbD principles, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

• Provide training and support to team members on QbD processes and tools.

• Utilize data analysis techniques to evaluate process performance and drive decision-making.

Who are you?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-related role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or nutrition industry.

• Strong understanding of QbD principles, tools, and methodologies.

• Proven experience with risk management and statistical data analysis.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
