De Jong Box B.V. is a successful, customer-focused international organization and part of Stora Enso. With around 20 permanent employees and 20 to 30 temporary workers, we produce over 45 million packages annually for the fresh produce sector, food industry, and floriculture. From our location in Den Hoorn, we supply customers throughout the Benelux.

Your Role
As a Technical Operator, you are the specialist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and machine adjustments. You will work in a two-shift system and ensure smooth production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Locate and resolve machine malfunctions
- Perform (emergency) repairs and maintenance
- Carry out inspections and reporting
- Execute major maintenance tasks
- Support production staff during night shifts
- Maintain a safe and tidy workplace
Your Profile
- MBO level 3 in a technical field
- Accuracy, efficiency, and flexibility
- Stress-resistant and safety-conscious
- Experience with mechanical maintenance
- Electrical knowledge
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system

Core Responsibilities
The Technical Operator is responsible for troubleshooting, performing emergency repairs, and conducting routine maintenance on production machinery. They also support production staff during night shifts and ensure a safe, tidy working environment.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MBO level 3 qualification in a technical field and possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge. The role requires the ability to work in a two-shift system and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
