GENUINE is one of Germany’s leading TikTok Shop partners, and we’re looking for a Creator Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Cologne. You won’t just be managing lists – you’ll be responsible for the creator strategy for some of our most important brands. Your mission: build a strong creator network, develop creators strategically, and turn TikTok trends into formats that actually drive sales.

- Brand Ownership: You manage a selection of our core brands as their dedicated point of contact – from creator strategy to performance, always keeping the brand identity in mind.
- Trend & Format Development: You spot emerging TikTok trends early and turn them into new content formats that convert and scale.
- Creator Coaching: You actively support our affiliate partners with hooks, trend insights, and content feedback – helping them create videos that don’t just look good, but actually sell.
- Creator Scouting & Development: You identify promising creators, bring them on board, and build long-term partnerships instead of relying on one-off collaborations.
- Creative Briefing: You translate brand goals into clear, actionable briefs that empower creators to produce TikTok-native content that performs.
- TikTok Collaboration: You stay in regular contact with TikTok’s own teams, keep up with algorithm updates, and leverage new features strategically for your brands.
Your profile
- Initial experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media – ideally with a focus on measurable results.
- You’re a TikTok native: You spot trends before they peak and know how to turn them into repeatable content formats.
- Strong understanding of TikTok hooks, social commerce, and creator content optimization – you know what makes content perform and convert.
- Native-level Dutch and good English skills for internal communication.

Core Responsibilities
You will manage creator strategy for key brands, building networks and developing content formats that drive sales. Additionally, you will coach affiliate partners and maintain regular communication with TikTok teams to leverage platform features.
Requirements
Candidates should have initial experience in influencer marketing or talent management with a focus on measurable results. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, along with a deep understanding of TikTok trends and social commerce.
