Vacancy: ServiceNow ITSM Developer (Medior–Senior)
Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Build impactful ServiceNow solutions as an ITSM Developer!
Join a dynamic team where you’ll design and implement workflows, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, contribute to high-quality implementations, and (at senior level) help shape technical direction.
What you bring:
Experience with ServiceNow implementations
Strong knowledge of ITSM (SPM is a plus)
Experience with integrations, workflows, and scripting
Familiarity with ITOM, IRM/SecOps, or TPRM is a plus
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) preferred
Agile mindset and solid development best practices

Requirements
Candidates should have experience with ServiceNow implementations and strong knowledge of ITSM processes. Proficiency in scripting, integrations, and holding relevant ServiceNow certifications like CSA or CIS is preferred.
