What will you do?
As a Recruitment Intern, you will support our team throughout the entire recruitment process. You will have the opportunity to:
- Write and publish job vacancies on various platforms;
- Screen CVs and conduct (phone) interviews with candidates;
- Actively search for talent on different platforms;
- Contribute ideas for creative recruitment campaigns;
- Assist with onboarding new colleagues;
- Participate in career fairs;
- Perform administrative tasks in our HR system (Workday);
- Join job interviews and maintain contact with candidates.

What are we looking for?
- You are pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in HRM, Commerce, Communication, or a similar field;
- You have strong communication skills, are proactive, and detail-oriented;
- You have good command of Dutch & English;
- You are passionate about recruitment and connecting people;
- Available for at least 4 months (24–36 hours per week).

Core Responsibilities
The intern will support the recruitment team by publishing vacancies, screening CVs, and conducting interviews. They will also assist with onboarding, administrative tasks in Workday, and contribute to recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
Candidates must be pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in HRM, Commerce, Communication, or a related field. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Dutch and English, and a proactive attitude are required.
