Job Description
Voor een nieuwe opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een handyman (schoonmaak medewerker) voor verschillende locaties in Nederland. Je werkt op diverse locaties zoals kantoren, werkplaatsen en technische omgevingen waar onderhoud en reparatie plaatsvindt. Je levert daarmee een belangrijke bijdrage aan een veilige, schone en goed onderhouden werkomgeving.
Als handyman combineer je specialistisch schoonmaakwerk met ondersteunende facilitaire werkzaamheden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het schrobben van vloeren, het reinigen van tapijt en het verwijderen van vlekken. Daarnaast kun je ook werkzaamheden uitvoeren in technische ruimtes of andere operationele omgevingen. Je verplaatst je indien nodig met een bedrijfsauto. Je werkt zelfstandig en het is belangrijk dat je beschikt over een VCA-certificaat en een interne training. Heb je deze nog niet? Geen probleem, deze kun je via ons behalen.
Je werkt fulltime (38–40 uur per week) van maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 07:00 en 17:00 uur. In uitzonderlijke gevallen kan het voorkomen dat je incidenteel in het weekend werkt.

Core Responsibilities
The handyman performs specialized cleaning and facility maintenance tasks across various locations including offices and technical environments. Responsibilities include floor scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and general repairs to ensure a safe and well-maintained workspace.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, good command of the Dutch language, and a customer-oriented attitude. A VCA certificate and a clean criminal record (VOG) are required, though training for the VCA can be provided.
