- Bewaken van planning, voortgang en kwaliteit
- Zorgdragen voor veiligheid op de bouwplaats
- Coördineren van materiaal en logistiek
- Afstemmen met projectleider en opdrachtgevers
- Signaleren en bespreken van meer- en minderwerk
- Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte projectadministratie
- MBO of HBO Bouwkunde
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder of voorman
- Ervaring met nieuwbouw, verbouw of restauratie
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte werkwijze
- In het bezit van rijbewijs B (BE is een pré)
- Salaris tussen €3.600 en €7.000 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur)

Core Responsibilities
The supervisor is responsible for the operational management of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed according to planning, budget, and quality standards. They lead construction teams and subcontractors while maintaining safety and project documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MBO or HBO degree in Construction Engineering and possess at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. Strong communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach are essential for this position.
