Regional Business Development Manager - French Speaking
Key Skills
Job Description
About Challenger Brands
We are challengers. We question how things are done today and look for smarter, faster, and more sustainable ways to get products into the hands of consumers. As Europe’s 1-Stop Distribution Partner, we support ambitious brands with a complete mix of sales, marketing, value-added logistics (VAS), warehousing, and compliance.
We are commercial and hands-on at heart: we love closing deals, solving problems, and making sure the numbers add up, but we’re just as likely to roll up our sleeves when a shipment needs to go out the door. Our team is international, informal, and straightforward—no unnecessary hierarchy, just clear communication, mutual respect, and a good sense of humor. Together, we build the products of tomorrow.
The Role
Are you ready to play a key role in driving the strategic growth of a fast-growing and dynamic organization? As a Regional Business Development Manager at Challenger Brands, you will be the main point of contact for building and strengthening valuable customer relationships that drive our expansion within the French-speaking region.
In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate closely with various teams—from marketing and supply chain to compliance—to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed commercial objectives. You have the ability to translate market insights into effective distribution and growth strategies that create sustainable value for both our challenger brand partners and our organization.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial professional with a commercial mindset who takes ownership and thrives on building long-term customer relationships. Are you proactive, analytically strong, and ready to make an impact within an ambitious scale-up? Then we’d love to get in touch with you!
What Will You Do?
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships within the French-speaking region.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies to support our growth objectives and elevate challenger brands.
Market Analysis: Analyze market developments, map competitive landscapes, and identify commercial opportunities for emerging brands.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiation processes and close deals with a focus on win-win outcomes.
Collaboration: Work intensively with marketing, product, compliance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal customer satisfaction.
Performance Analysis: Utilize CRM systems to monitor customer data, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for commercial improvement.
Benefits
Leave Entitlement: 25 vacation days per year, with the option to purchase additional days.
Professional Development: Access to LinkedIn Learning and support from a dedicated team focused on your personal and professional growth.

Exclusive Events: Join our summer and Christmas parties, featuring activities like go-karting and boat trips.
Travel Reimbursement: We cover your commuting costs.
Celebrating Diversity: Work in a vibrant environment with over 47 nationalities.
Health and Wellbeing: Enjoy fresh fruit in the office every day.
Referral Program: Receive a bonus for referring suitable candidates.
Industry Events: Opportunities to attend trade shows and industry-related events.
Dynamic Work Culture: Be part of a young, ambitious, and international team.
Autonomous Work Environment: Work independently in an environment built on trust and support.
Pension Scheme: Secure your future with our comprehensive pension plan.
