Beschrijving van het bedrijf
Op onze grote productielocatie in Steenderen vind je drie fabrieken, het Was- en Sorteerbedrijf en een hypermodern vrieshuis. Samen met ongeveer 50 collega’s in de 5-ploegendienst zorg je dat deze gigantische operatie blijft draaien. We werken hier nuchter en informeel samen, met een sterke focus op veiligheid en het continu verbeteren van de techniek.
Functieomschrijving
- Je lost acute storingen aan de productielijnen en installaties snel en zelfstandig op
- Je voert geplande inspecties en onderhoudstaken uit om haperingen in de toekomst te voorkomen
- Je deelt je technische analyses met collega's van de TD en productie om herhaling te voorkomen
- Je stemt de voortgang van de reparaties helder af met de operators van de betrokken afdelingen
- Je rapporteert de uitgevoerde technische werkzaamheden nauwkeurig in ons digitale onderhoudssysteem
Functie-eisen
- Je beschikt over mbo 3-werk- en denkniveau en een afgeronde technische opleiding richting Mechatronica of Elektrotechniek
- Je hebt een brede technische basis met kennis van elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld, werkt secuur en hebt veilig werken altijd op de eerste plaats staan

- Een salaris tussen de € 3.230 en € 4.710 per 4 weken, plus een ploegentoeslag van 29,5%
- Direct een vast contract en een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 7,7%
- Goede verlofregelingen met 176 vakantie-uren en 8 extra uren vanwege de ploegendienst

Core Responsibilities
You will independently resolve acute malfunctions on production lines and perform scheduled maintenance to prevent future issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with production teams and document all technical activities in the digital maintenance system.
Requirements
Candidates must have an MBO level 3 education in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering. A strong technical foundation in electrical and control systems is required, along with a focus on safety and flexibility.
