We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Breman Brasserie. Reporting to our Head Chef and Sous Chef you will be responsible to provide a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated.
Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building and features a menu of traditional European-meets-South American food. The bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating New World wines.

Job Description
What you’ll do…
- Bring delicious flavours to our guests’ tables by running a section in our busy kitchen.
- Make sure things are running without hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth and our food hygiene standards are sky-high.
- Work with our Head Chef on ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment where we’re always looking to come up with new, delicious combinations of tastes.
- Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves.
Qualifications

- Previous experience working as part of a fast-moving kitchen team.
- Passion for food is a given; a love for our particular flavours a definite advantage.

Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for running a kitchen section, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining high food hygiene standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and mentor the kitchen team to foster a creative environment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a fast-moving kitchen team and a genuine passion for hospitality and food. You must be a collaborative team player who is comfortable working in a high-energy, creative environment.
