We zoeken een ervaren GenAI Python Engineer. Je komt in een klein, hecht en zelfsturend team. Onze missie: geavanceerde AI-platforms, AI-gedreven oplossingen en applicaties ontwikkelen. Deze transformeren hoe onze klanten werken in uiteenlopende sectoren. De platforms vormen de ruggengraat voor innovatie, betrouwbaarheid en schaalbaarheid. Ze ondersteunen kritieke processen in high-security-omgevingen. De oplossingen die hierop worden gebouwd veranderen fundamenteel hoe klanten hun bedrijf runnen.
Onze ideale collega heeft ervaring met:
- Het ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden van GenAI-applicaties. Inclusief het in productie brengen daarvan met Python.
- Praktijkervaring met GenAI-frameworks, libraries of platforms. Bijvoorbeeld LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch of FastAPI.
- Praktijkervaring met GenAI-modellen in productieapplicaties. Zowel open als closed source, zoals GPT, Llama of Claude.
- Praktijkervaring met andere GenAI-componenten. Denk aan vectordatabases, embeddings, chunking en evaluatie.
- Het aansturen van architecturale beslissingen. En het bijdragen aan de technische langetermijnvisie.
- Ervaring met change management bij het opleveren van cutting-edge technologie. Zo garandeer je dat de oplossing waarde levert.
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Core Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and manage advanced AI platforms and AI-driven applications that serve as the foundation for critical client processes. You will lead architectural decisions and contribute to the long-term technical vision while ensuring high reliability and scalability.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in building and deploying GenAI applications using Python and frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Proficiency in the Dutch language is required, along with experience in managing change for cutting-edge technology implementations.
