Core Responsibilities
Drive operational performance by leading continuous improvement projects and implementing lean methodologies across the manufacturing facility. Coach teams and champion data-driven decision-making to ensure adherence to standard work and best practices.
Requirements
Requires an engineering degree or equivalent professional qualification with formal training in continuous improvement tools. Candidates must have experience in a consumer goods manufacturing environment, specifically with the TPM framework.
