Vacature: QHSE Manager | 40 uur | Internationaal | €5.500 - €6.500
Van Vliet Demolition is op zoek naar een QHSE Manager die veiligheid centraal stelt in alles wat hij of zij doet. In deze zelfstandige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige veiligheidsbeleid – zowel op strategisch niveau als op de werkvloer. Je ontwikkelt en beheert het QHSE-beleid, voert risicoanalyses uit, leidt toolbox meetings en bezoekt (internationale) projectlocaties om de veiligheid ter plaatse te waarborgen.
Jij bewaakt de veiligheidsnormen en rapporteert direct aan het management. Binnen Van Vliet Demolition werk je op jouw eigen manier, maar mét impact – en altijd met oog voor verbetering.
Wat vragen wij?
HBO werk- en denkniveau
MVK of HVK-certificering behaald
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
Ervaring in olie & gas of industriële bouw
Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift
Wat krijg je?
Salaris tussen €5.500 - €6.500 bruto per maand

Core Responsibilities
The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing and managing the safety policy at both strategic and operational levels. This includes conducting risk assessments, leading toolbox meetings, and visiting international project sites to ensure safety compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must have an HBO level of education with an MVK or HVK certification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas or industrial construction sectors is required.
