What You Can Expect:

What You Bring:
- Du hast dein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, International Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen sammeln – idealerweise in der Hafen- und Transportlogistik oder im Projektmanagement.
- Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit und bist motiviert, dich weiterzuentwickeln, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und neue Themen mitzugestalten.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie über einen sicheren Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z. B. MS Office; erste Berührungspunkte mit ERP-Systemen sind ein Plus).
- Du bist mobil und bereit, auch an wechselnden Standorten im In- und Ausland eingesetzt zu werden.
Core Responsibilities
You will rotate through various operational and central functions over 18-22 months to gain a comprehensive view of logistics processes. Additionally, you will actively contribute to projects involving sales, sustainability, digitalization, and automation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in German and English, along with a willingness to travel to various domestic and international locations, is required.
