As our Regional Customer Success Lead, you'll lead our Customer Success teams across Denmark, the Netherlands, and France. You'll develop people, establish scalable ways of working, and ensure our customers experience outstanding value throughout their journey with smaXtec.

• Strong knowledge of dairy farming and cow health, enabling you to understand customer challenges and coach your teams with credibility.
• Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer-facing leadership role.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, ideally across multiple regions or countries.
• High technical affinity and the ability to quickly understand and explain technology-driven products. 
• Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to inspire, empower, and challenge others.
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach and strong execution skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs and performance metrics.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Dutch, Danish or French

This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence. You'll continuously improve processes, develop your people, strengthen customer relationships, and help shape the future of Customer Success at smaXtec.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop our Customer Success teams across Denmark, the Netherlands, and France.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term customer success across your cluster.
• Establish scalable processes and best practices throughout the customer journey.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and translate insights into meaningful improvements.
• Support your teams in managing complex customer situations and escalations.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our global Customer Success organization.
