The Role
As a Senior Analyst in the ECBA team, you will work on client assignments relating to the full spectrum of Executive Compensation and Board Advisory topics, taking an active role in the delivery of high-quality analysis, client materials and project outputs.
Your work will include conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, preparing client-ready presentations and reports, supporting the design and review of executive compensation programmes, keeping up to date with market and regulatory developments, and contributing to business development initiatives.
You will work across a variety of projects such as executive and board compensation benchmarking, incentive design, pay-for-performance analysis, remuneration policy reviews, corporate governance assessments and financial analyses across different industries. You will collaborate with diverse project teams and will be expected to independently manage defined workstreams with increasing autonomy, while receiving support and guidance from more senior colleagues.

Within different project teams, you will share responsibility for delivering high-quality services and deliverables to our clients. You will be expected to contribute proactively to project planning, conduct and coordinate analytical work, review outputs for accuracy and quality to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency before delivery to clients, and support the development of more junior colleagues where appropriate.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and a problem-solver, has strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, comfortable working with data and able to communicate complex information in a clear and structured way.

Core Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst will conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses to support executive compensation and board advisory projects. They will also manage defined workstreams, prepare client-ready presentations, and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-quality project outputs.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess approximately 2 years of professional experience in consulting, rewards, or financial analysis. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and fluency in English are required.
